Network licence problems

In the isis.set licence file, the line which starts with the word Network should read "Network =M".
Is ISIS_LM.dll (the file responsible for reading the network licences) present in the <ISIS>in folder (where <ISIS> denotes the folder into which ISIS was installed)? This file may be installed by reinstalling ISIS, choose option "Modify" & select ISIS_LM [it is in the subset of ISIS Application files]).
Is the LSHOST or LSFORCEHOST environment variable set correctly? To view and edit the list of environment variables, from Windows select Start > Control Panel > System Properties >Advanced > Environment Variables. The LSHOST or LSFORCEHOST environment variable should be set to either the name or IP address of the Licence Manager server
Is the licence installed on the server correctly? Please check the WlmAdmin tool for presence of this licence. If you do not see your licence, please reinstall licence or restart LM service following the instructions provided with Network installation guidance provided with your software delivery.
Are you getting any messages that say "time trial exhausted" or "commuter licence information" or similar? This could indicate the licence server or client machine requires cleaning - please contact ISIS support to provide you with more information on how to solve this problem.
