Yes, ISIS Free is completely free. It has only one limitation: it works only with models up to 200 nodes (or in case of grid functionality of ISIS Mapper - with grids less than 10 Mb in size). Otherwise it has all the capabilities of ISIS Professional including running unsteady and hydrological simulations and saving and creating models . Please note that ISIS Free does not include the functionality of ISIS-TUFLOW link, ISIS Water Quality and ISIS Sediment Transport add-ons - these can only be purchased and added to ISIS Professional.
